What shall I do in order to become and remain motivated to eat wholesome food? How do I get and keep eating right motivation, weight loss motivation?

Answer:

Think over what you really want. Do you want to be slimmer, healthier and well nourished or do you want to eat these fat and sweet delicacies which come in your way and as a consequence become fat and feel uncomfortable?

If you choose to eat wholesome food you need to reduce temptations to the minimum. Remove them from the refrigerator and pantry. Don't keep any junk food in your apartment.

Make sure that you only eat wholesome food and only when you are hungry. If you are really satisfied and well nourished there is little risk that you will want empty Calories.

Your food should also be emotionally satisfying.

It is important that you outwit the impulse driven liking for sweet things inside you. Take the minimum of money with you when you go to your job in order to avoid buying any on the way home. Always have fruit in your bag for when you need to eat.
