When do you have a disorder with a lack of sexual desire?

Answer:

If you have little or no interest in sex for a long time and take initiatives in making love or if you avoid or refuse sexual situations, it is possible that you have a disorder with a reduced interest in making love. If you don't have sexual fantasies, exiting thoughts about sex or you look at yourself as not being sexual, you may have this disorder. In short, you don't have sexual thoughts, fantasies or dreams and you don't take initiatives in sexual activity. Besides these symptoms your complaints must keep you worried in such a way that they result in serious distress. Only a sexologist can determine whether you really have a disorder with a reduced interest in making love. It is important to determine the possible differences in desire between the partners, for which one partner is not considered abnormal while that is really the case.

Sudden loss of sexual desire can be caused by a somatic illness, or can be the result of starting with a new medicine or drug.
