Would you recommend slimming?

Answer:

Slimming is a common cause of eating disorders and is therefore dangerous. If you are overweight you should by all means avoid short-term slimming and instead eat to satisfaction entirely on nutritious food. Eat only when you are physically hungry and never for other reasons.

Do not try to slim below your natural weight, (More), this can cause serious bulimia problems (More).
