I feel like I am not able to deal with responsibility, any kind. I am often not dependable. Also I often mess up my work. How can I deal with this?

Answer:

It takes time to grow up and become responsible. You have to work hard with yourself. Some people never manage to get there.

Getting into contact with your feelings

The firsts, and most important, step, is to get into contact with your uncomfortable feelings. Only by knowing them, can you learn to handle them responsibly, and get rid of tendencies to act without responsibility.
