If you have an immediate and urgent problem, you might do the following:

  • Go to your regular medical doctor.
  • Go to a hospital with a psychiatric clinic.
  • Make a phone call to some crisis number, such as the number of a voluntary organisation for help with different kinds of problems.

The local government, social services or local medical services in many municipalities provide a phone, which you can call to get advice on available local hotlines and other immediate crisis help in your local community.
