Abstract:
Different thoughts, such as "eating only makes me feel bad" are used by the anorexia patient to maintain the illness.

What thoughts are used by the anorexia patient to maintain the illness?
Answer:
The usual such thoughts are:

Nothing will be better if I eat.

I am already too fat and if I eat I will be even fatter.

Eating only makes me feel bad.

Everything I put in my mouth must be removed by exercise.

I feel much better if I don't eat.
-
Food makes me feel bad.
