Abstract:

Yes, it is easier to eat sensibly/well together with other people than when you are alone.

Question:

Is it easier to eat sensibly/well together with other people than when you are alone? Is this healthy eating tips?

Answer:

Those with eating disorders are more affected by their environment than by their own real feelings and needs. This is the reason why they may eat sensibly in the presence of others who eat sensibly.

Many people eat when they get home. This may be their way of releasing stress or taking it easier. You can find out why you eat in a certain situation as follows:

Don't eat, but study your feelings instead.

You will often find that you have an unpleasant state of mind and your wish to get away from it is the real reason why you eat excessively.

How do you learn to recognize your true feelings?
