I Ejaculate too many times during sex or even Masturbation

well i dont know if this is the same as E.D.. but i am a single male. and it has been about a year since my last sexual intercourse.. but i think its that way because of that night.. i dont think i have a problem staying erect. but that night and now during masturbation.. i've notice that i go within the first min or 2.. but trying to hold back.. some comes out.. stay hard.. go for a couple more mins.. and then repeat a couple times.. then finally go.. sometimes i feel like something comes out but does too.. how can i stop this? i've tried not masterbating but the acouple weeks later try and same thing..
