On a "first name" basis

I have worked with a person for over a year. She and I had a problem at the beginning of this year, but seemed to patch things up (I thought). She calls everyone whom we work with by their first names, except me. I have reminded her of my name on numerous occasions. Her excuse is that mine and another co-workers names are too close, so she calls me by my last name.

If you want something from somebody, ask them. If they will not give you what you want, you will have to accept that.
