panic or anxiety attacks

I feel hot with a dry mouth,and I am cocerned about
my wifes reaction.
Afew years ago I had food poisening I was been sick
and I was laying on the floor,I had to shout at my wife
to call our doctor which she did.
I was confined to bed for four days,she went to work as
though nothing had happened.(I would not have left her
alone.
My cincern is if I did have a bad turn she would walk
around me.

Have you discussed this with your wife? What does she say? If she does not want to help you, when you get ill, you will have to arrange your life so that you can get help anyway. But perhaps she did not share your view on how ill you were and what aid you needed?
