I just need some advice on how to love myself more and to realize that others can and do love me. I think that I need this advice so that I can help out with my relationships with my family members. Please let me know if you can help.
Cognitive psychotherpy can help you to change your thinking pattern. In such therapy, you can learn to accept youself the way you are, and learn to do the best out of your possibilities, instead of critizising yourself and put yourself down.
Buy a book about positive thinking if it is not possible for you to go to a psychotheraist.
