hello my name is Dave i have been in this situation and it is a horrible feeling knowing that you could be upsetting the one that mean alot to you
finding out what is causing it is even harder as you don't know what it is but if you try to find out what makes you so worked up inside and try to calm yourself by doing somthing that makes you happy can help alot
I found that zoning out from the world for a small amount of time with music blasting in to my ears thinking of all the good times i have had with the people that i got mad at so easy helper me so much (you need your own time to)
