I masturbated very often when I was young and can have multiple orgasms. But when having intercourse with my boyfriend, I cannot have orgasm without him touching my clitoris and only once I can feel. My boyfriend need me to have multiple orgasms and feel inadequate to have sex only me. I would like to know why I cannot have orgasm in a normal way. Is this because I have trained my body to response only by touching? How can I make myself feel the way it should be? More importantly, what can I do to have multiple orgasms.

I think that your ability to have multiple orgasms is a bit rare, however, you don't need to only expect to have them during intercourse. I think your boyfreind would enjoy learning how to "masturbate" you. That way you could enjoy the multiple orgasms, and he can enjoy pleasing you.

Jane, I don't know where these other people are getting their information, but it all sounds like a lot of hooey to me. I ALWAYS have multiple orgasms. The only trick is to find one or more positions with your partner so that your clitoris IS stimulated during intercourse. You may have to raise or lower your legs, or try being on top..you will just have to figure out what feels good to you. And don't forget LOTS of foreplay, not only is it fun and feels good, but it gets all those nerve endings in the genitals all reved up and ready for orgasm. And don't forget that a partner with good hands is a real plus, he can always bring you to your second orgasm manually. But the next time somebody tells you that women do not have orgasms during intercourse, tell them to go to a sex surrogate and learn how to do it right !!!
