I have serious urinary problem

I am normal, but for the last year, when ever I enter a restricted area... I mean like standing in Que's, travel in bus,etc. where I do not have the option to leave the place whenever I want, I feel very restless. The excretion of urine goes away from my control... I feel like urinating and I can't stop it. It is troubling me a lot. This does not happen when I travel in trains as there are toilets available and though I do not use them at all, the very feeling that they are available makes me divert my mind and not take much interest in urination... Plz help as it is affecting my career and day to day life very badly

This is a common problem and many adults use diapers under their clothes, but they never talk about it. Discuss this with a medical doctor. There might be medicine against this problem.
