Here are ten characteristics that can indicate sex addiction:

Uncontrollable sexual behaviour;

Considerable consequences caused by sexual behaviour;

Not be able to stop despite these considerable consequences;

Persistently pursue self-damaging behaviour or behaviour that carries with
it big risks.

A continuous wish or attempt to limit the sexual behaviour;

Sexual obsession and fantasizing are a primary survival strategy;

A need to practice sexual behaviors more and/or more often, because the
current level is not enough.

Spend abnormal amounts of time to get or have sex or to recuperate from
the sexual experiences.

Neglect of important activities in the field of work, relations, home
front and daily pastime because of sex.
