How many calories should I eat a day?

Abstract:

A web page, in which you can compute how many calories (kcal) your body needs per day and how many calories are needed for you to lose weight.

Question:

How many calories (kcal) do I need per day? How may calories are burned by my body? How many calories should I eat? How many calories are needed to lose weight?

Answer:

Calories burnt during exercise

A web page where you can enter your weight in kilograms or pounds (choose which with the popup menu) and the time spent on each activity level and find your energy expenditure in calories (kcal) per day.

Warning: This calory counter may not work with all web browsers. We have tested it with Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Note: Ensure that the total number of hours is 24, otherwise the result will not correctly compute your calories expenditure for one whole day!
