I have gone up about 5 kilos, which seem to have come on secretly! I know all about intense slimming, diet, exercise, calorie consumption, etc. In theory it should be easy for me to remove this weight, but it isn't and it has become almost a fixation. If I could only stop thinking about it and do what I have decided to do, it would go away. But I think about it all the time, above all because I always feel fat. What shall I do in order to think sensibly? Have you any weight loss tips for getting rid of those final kilos?

You describe the problem in a way which makes it difficult for you to solve it. Overweight of 5 kilos is not the basic problem, but it is a result of your way of life. If you want to go down 5 kilos, you need to modify your eating and exercise habits. Join a weight-reduction group or meet a friend once a week, weigh yourselves, encourage each other to eat better food and begin to exercise. As you want to weigh 5 kilos less, you must reduce your food intake permanently by 200 calories / day.
