there was a cake left after my birthday party. I ate the whole cake up after the guests had left. Afterwards I went out, bought another cake and I gorged myself with it. Why do I never feel satisfied? My guests were well satisfied after one or two slices.
Answer:
Maybe you would feel satisfied if you eat other things. Try eating porridge, fish, potatoes, vegetables and fruit. They usually give more fulfilment than sweets. You may be gorging due to emotions, loneliness, etc. and eat to fill up inner emptiness.
