I can imagine having sex with a girl only if i could control her emotionally, doing it with a girl who is quite independent on her own or one who can't be controlled gives me a panic attack and intense fear, as if she would just leave me once the act is over. Any advice would help.

Men like you have a problem nowadays, when women are emancipated. See a psychotherapist and work on yourself so you dare to take the risk of meeting those strong women of today.
