i have been seeing this counselor for about a year. what would a counselor do/say if i tell her i have thought about ending everything. i dont know if i would, its just a thought, that i feel i should be able to tell her.

Tell your counselor about all your thoughts. She is there to help you find better solutions to your life problems than running away from everything.
