question
no matter what i try to do in the last week right before my period starts I cannot help but be irritable and on edge. My partner and I can be having a great evening, and then something sets me off, and I am being negative before i know it. This is a real mood killer...any ideas? I thought just being cognicent of the change and trying not to would be enough.

Tell your partner what to expect the week before your period starts, so he will not take it personally. Be extra kind to yourself those hard days.
