question
I had earlier asked a question about a sleeping problem that I have been having for about a month or so. When I finally got a reply it said that my lack of sleep is due to having caffine at night. It can not be caffine because I have stopped drinking anything with caffine at night and I have also made sure I wasn't doing any "vigerous physical activity" (as another health expert had once said). I still do not think it is stress.I'm still laying awake till around 1 in the morning.Any ideas on what to do?

I did not mean to say that having caffeine at night was the cause of your sleeping problems, only that it might be one contributing factor. There is often more than one contributing factor to sleeping problems, and only by experimenting yourself can you find our what changes in lifestyle works for you in getting better sleep.

Caffeine stays in your body for 16 hours. Check if only drinking coffee or tea for breakfast helps. Also exersise one or two hours every day. Some experts say that this exercise should end not later than 1-2 hours before going to sleep. Listening to audio books can help you to fall asleep.
