Husband can't stop stealing

how to keep help my husband, that keeps stealing get
help in prison if he goes to jail? What kind kind of
help is out there for me? He's been in and out of jail
since 15 he's 48 we've been together 5yrs. and that's
the longest he's been out of jail, but I think it's
kleptomania or bio-polar he works I work we don't need
the things he steals, he's tired and I'm tired no one
will help us we have tried seriously for a year to find the right help.

I treat kleptomania by letting the patient experience the feelings they have just before they steal. After treatment they feel instead of steal. This treatment does not work, if the stealing is caused by antisocial personality disorder and not by kleptomania.
