Dear Ms.Palme
I've been having problems of low self-steem and i would like to know , what can i do to change my nagative thoghts into positive? Since i have a health problem it makes me see life like it's not worth it. Right now im a senior at livingston high and stress is building up. I have plan of going to collage, but sometimes i think that i will probobly wont be able to go because the DMV wont give me liscence until my seizures are control. not being able to drive would stop me from doing many things in life. There is times that i tell my self that i could go to collage even though i can't drive, but there is times that i get really depressed. Its just hard that i always have to depend on other people to get where i want. There was a time that i missed school because i didnt have a rite. When i graduate from high school i wuold like to collage and get deggre of a psychologyst. But i know that to help others i first have to help myself. So please tell me what can i do? i really want to get a job but i dont know how would i get there since my parents work. All my years in high school i never join a sport even though i wanted to . What stop me from joining is my seizures, which i wish there was a cure.
Only think thoughts that are useful or bring you happiness. Put negative and poisonous thoughts in the garbage.
You need to find a place to live near your college or work so you can walk there. Do not let your seizures stop you. Find solutions to all your problems. We all depend on other people. Do something for them and ask for a favour in return. When you have solved your problems, you will be an excellent psychologist for people who suffer from the same problems you used to have. Work hard to reach your goals. It is worth it. Good Luck!
