Only think thoughts that are useful or bring you happiness. Put negative and poisonous thoughts in the garbage.
You need to find a place to live near your college or work so you can walk there. Do not let your seizures stop you. Find solutions to all your problems. We all depend on other people. Do something for them and ask for a favour in return. When you have solved your problems, you will be an excellent psychologist for people who suffer from the same problems you used to have.
