last thursday, i went to the dr because i was having shortness of breath and dizziness. she said i had asmethic bronchitis and put me on prednisone. i was fine fri, sat, and sun. then on monday i started feeling dizzy, lightheaded, heavy chest, overwhelming feelings of fear, heart rate increases, etc. it also happened tue, wed, and has lasted almost all day today. it seems to be getting worse each day. i went to the dr yesterday because of these symptoms and he took me off the prednisone. today, i am still having those overwhelming effects. could this be anxiety attacks??
The symtoms you have are common when someone is suffering from anxiety.
But always find out if the doctors can find something physically wrong with you, before you treat your anxiety.
