I have a daily habit. I pick when I'm driving, watching TV and when stressed. I can't seem to stop habit. I have had surgery on my septum to straigten it, which has reduced the amount of material....now I think some of it's from habit/stress etc.

What can I do?

A medical doctor can prescripe an ointment which can be used in the nose to help you.
