I'm not sure where I fit in with eating disorders. Sometimes I will have a meal sometimes I wont. At present I am only eating a small meal in the evenings, when I feel like it yet that is not often. On average I may eat 3 decent meals a week. I do drink lots of water or tea but somehow cannot seem to face eating during the day. When I do eat I don't make myself sick or anything though I do feel ill afterwards. The meal itself is always healthy, vegetables, starch and meat and the portionis usually really small. I do worry about how much I weigh though I do not have a need to jump on a scale all the time. I am concerned of what this may be doing to my body physically aswell as psycologically. Please can you give me some advice.
