My boyfriend and I have been dating for a while now and are thinking about marriage and children. Since i've known my boyfriend he has been on an antidepressant Effexor, and has been for 5 years. I was wondering can he still have children?

He can have children, but ask him to discuss this issue with a medical doctor.

There is some concern about women using this kind of drugs during pregnancy, but not their men.
