my sister in law and i have been excersicing for a year and 2 months now.i have lost 40 lbs and 30inches..which i am happy with/she has lost the same..we both have been feeling the exact same about our body image.there are some days that we feel really good about ourselves then other days we are so discouraged like we are not doing enough.( she feels she needs to lose 30 more lbs.and i want to lose only 3 more inches)there are times i will go all day without eating and as soon as i eat something i literally feel bloated and fat.why is it that some days we can be so inspired and other days we feel so discouraged even when we really do alot and are working hard?
Do not starve if you want to loose weight, as it will make you binge eat. Most women have great days and bad days. You feel slim on a great day and fat on a bad day independent of the size of your body.
