I'm currently taking 20mgs paxil a day. I'm curious about the after effects that it can have on you. and if i where to smoke marjiuana with it is that bad? thanks

You should always stop using SSRI medicines like Paxil, or reduce the dosage, in cooperation with a psychiatrist. There is a possibillity of increased unrest for a few days or weeks.

Cannabis can increase the effect of Paxil.
