Respected Sir,
I'm suffering from headache & depression since 8 years. Initially it started with headache, later on it turned into depression. Now, headacche has been cured 80%, 2-4 times I'll get headache in a weeks time. But, I'm very much depressed. I'm not able to concentrate properly on any activities. I feel something has blocked inside my brain which is not allowing me to perform few useful skills in my life. Your kind advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Depression can be successfully treated by SSRI-medicine and cognitive and gestalt psychotherapy.

More about cognitive and gestalt therapy.
More about SSRI medicines.
More about the treatment of depression.

Headaches can be caused by stress or hunger or sleeping too much or too little or many other reasons. Eating food with high glychemic index can cause headaches. You may want to let a doctor find out what causes your headaches.
