Why do i feel guilty over everything i do? When i make even the slightest of mistakes it takes me a long time to get over them. Sometimes i feel guilty, and i have done nothing at all. I always feel i am saying or doing soemthing wrong. Can you please tell me why this may be because it prevents me from living a happy life.
