I am the mother of four children under the age of 6, My problem is I have little or no interest in sex. It started when I was diagnosed with PND (Post natal depression) after the birth of my first child. I love my husband very much and I do have sex with him for the sake of our relationship, I don't dislike it, I just have no desire for it, my husband wants to be a bit more creative with our lovemaking but I just feel dirty if we do anything other than the normal way. Is there anything I can do to help myself to want to want sex with my husband?

If you have four small children, they give you so much emotioal contact that you do not need much more. Was it the same before you got the children? Women have to be aroused by courting in order to appreciate love. Often married men forget this and expect their wifes to be as easily aroused as they themselves are. There is a risk that you husband will find someone else, if you always makes him feel disappointed. On the other hand you cannot force yourself to do things that you do not like. Give him as much as you can without betraying yourself. Maybe a baby-sitter and some time on your own would help.

Teach him to arouse your feelings before lovemaking. Read more!.
