Can the not last so that the people come that the dead product through the developing again that is on time now? I mean thereby the social development. The becomes all more unemployed and all more psychic having a propensity to people. I believe that we ports through this development in a krieg that destroys the whole globen.
Moreover, we must also intend on the greenhouse effect that also to contribute to the land's stem disturbance.
I do not think that humans will expire easily. But one can of course not be sure about this.
Homo Sapiens is very capable and flexible and competent in handling new problems and challenges. The greenhouse effect is minor, and can even be an advantage, it may protect us from an ice age, which would otherwise probably come within the next 1000 years.
The largest problem for the future of humanity is in my opinion overpoulation. China tries to combat this, but most other countries do not, and some religions even explicitly forbid birth control, which of course is essential to combat overpopulation.
In one way or another the population increase will have to stop. All exponential increases stop at some point. The question is how?
Will it be in general misery, where the living conditions become poorer and poorer, and more and more people die of famine and hardship?
Or will it be a controlled stop of population increase, like China is trying to do today?
Or will it be like an SF novel by Isaac Asimov, where the whole surface of the earth is covered by one single gigantic building, hundreds of stories high, and where people can only see sunshine by going to the roof of this building?
Just now, technology seems to keep up with the increasing world population, which theoretically would lead to something like Asimov describes in his novel.
The future of the human species lies in its ability to use its brain more effectively to solve social problems and ultimately problems that threaten the very existence of our species. We only use a small percentage of our brain. Therefore the technology and solutions to current problems that we have developed today are based on that small fraction of brain utilization. Only time will tell, but if we evolve our brains effectively and manage to stick around for the next few billion years, in about 5 billion years our sun, having become a Red Giant from its hydrogen having been depleted will destroy our planet and we should have evolved our brains to figure out a way to go live somewhere else. This will have been the ultimate test of survival and perhaps provide membership into an prolific group of civilizations intelligent enough to look after themselves.
The sun will not just one morning suddenly become a red giant. Rather, its output of energy will slowly increase over millions of years. In fact, the energy input to the earth from the sun has already increased since life first occurred on earth. However, the average temperature on the earth has not increased as much as would be expected. So the earth (and life on earth) seems to have a self-regulating mechanism. This will, of course, fail at some time in the future when the energy input is too high.
When the earth gets hotter and hotter, conditions for life will deteriorate, at least for the kind of life humans are accustomed to. Humans will have lots of time to handle this issue. We do not have to migrate to Mars or Titan or Europe (the moon of Uranus) in one year, or in a hundred years, but we will have thousands or millions of years to achieve this migration.
We exist because we we're born to exist. We evolve everyday we survive a monsterous entity who would question our birthright to exist! There are millions of variations of the beautiful creatures who walk this earth oblivious to the tommorrow we walk directly into.
