i am 14 years old and have have been masturbating for a little bit but 6 days ago after i did there was a little blood when i peed then barley any the next day then a little more the next then the same amount as the day before. then a little more then more than ever and today its the most i think it might be my period but i cant insert the tampon i couldnt have broken my hymen or started tearing at it because i did external masturbating and i was wearing pants when i did it but when i went to put the tampon in it was like there was no hole for it to go n e where pplease help i dont know it im on my period or what help

Your masturbation did probably not harm you at all and you got your period like other young women. To be sure you can ask a gyneachologist.
