I have low self confidence i cry a lot of the time and feel bad about myself I sometimes dont eat for a few days I have been in a realationship with my boyfriend for sixteens months and moved in with him after seven months as my family made it very diffucult for me to see him my mum suffered from severe depression two years ago and spent four months in hospital she is still ill but is getting better allthough she goes aroud my local town making storys up about myself and my boyfriend she seems to be very obbesive about my realationship and the strain is now effecting us he works away and I all ways phone him crying because my mum or sister will have done something else to me and we make up then fall out a week latter it has got so bad over the past six months I have become short tempered, insucure I have no energy and never want to do anything it has got so bad that my boyfriend has had enough of me and my family I feel so bad about myselfwhat can I do to help myself?
You really have a reason to be as depressed as you are. Prozac and cognitive psychotherapy can be helpful with depressions. If you get your boyfriend back, you will probably have to move to another town, so your mother will not be able to destroy your relation.
