my cousin brother suffers from a psychological illness i would like to know what exactly happening to him...
he was alright 2 years ago..it all started when a girl turned down him when he proposed.
he started talking irrelevently and lost interest in every thing.he doesnot trust anyone..he thinks everyone in the world is harming him..hewould not beleve his own mother..he says they are not his parents and he is desperately looking for his parents.he doesnot work and does not stay in job....for outsiders he looks normal and talk relevantly..but i dont know what is going on with him and i want to help him

Take him to a psychiatrist as soon as possible, since the prognosis is better with early help.
