I am 37 years old, still a virgin, and mildly learning and developmentally disabled. I am also a Christian, but I like to masturbate. Right now, however, I am sore from exessive masturbation, and I'd like to know how I can relieve the slight pain and discomfort. Thanks!

Do not masturbate until the sores are healed and do not masturbate that often in the future, in order not to get new sores.

When you masturbate, do it gently and use lubrication gel.
