i have a problem with reaching orgasm during sex. we make love for hours at a time, before were both to exhausted to go on, and i still dont come. i have no problem reaching orgasm when masturbating, but when im in a girl i just cant get to that point. what is wrong with me?
People are different. Don't make a problem out of it. Have a wonderful time making love, which you finish off with masturbating together.
Note: Certain medicines can cause problems to reach orgasm. For example Fontex/Prozac. Some men have problems reaching orgams when they use condom prophylactics.
