Hello, I was wondering if military (marines) experiences could be the cause of anxiety attacks?

Yes, but this depends very much on the special situations you may have seen. Post traumatic stress disorder is rather common among military person. Actually much of the research about PTSD was done with military personell after their time in war regions. But this is a rather special topic of psychotherapy. Some military psychologists are very well specialized in anxiety and ptsd.
