I am 38 years old and I think I have an eating disorder. Is this unheard of because I only hear of this happening with younger girls?

eating disorders can run in young and unfortunately in old people too and at any age, eating disorder is an underlying problem, its something you are unhappy about because you can see that most of the time you are eating when you are not hungry and it peaks when you are feeling down so if you can find the feelings that trigger it then you can help deal with it alot easier, try finding something you realy love like a hobby and try using it instead of grabbing that food,
