I have a problem with my sexual desires. I seem to have lost interest in making love to my partner from the time she concieved our child to date (Baby was born November 16 2002). I'm not able to consistently satisfy her and most of the times I'm unable to have an errection! This is causing me nightmares and numerous problems in our marriage. I'm totally confused at this change in me and I need help urgently.

Do you have this problem with all women or is it only with your wife? Some types of medicine can cause such problems. How old are you? Men’s sexual drive peaks at age seventeen and steadily decreases with age. Would you consider taking Viagra or something similar? My advice to you is to seek a sex therapist and see what he can do for you.
