Im having a problem

ok today i went to fanily dollar and really wanted this mp3 player so i juss put it in my purse but on the way out they told me thier gonnna need me to take and it out ans sit down we talked and they said they dont ever want to see me in there store without an adult and then they asked who touaght me how to and i told them friends . i dont not know how to stop stealing and it is not a good habbit i am only 13 and would like to stop can u help ? can anyone help because that lady scared the crap out of me they did not calll the cops and they did not talk to my mother but the womans daughter goes to my school and im afraid she might tell her daughter whoes daughter who might then tell everybody what i did and im one of the kool girls at my school i dont want that to happen soo plzz helpp if the would have called the cops i would have ran out of the store and home but im sure that woman knows where i live because she also has a son who hangs with my brother who is a freshman im sure she knew and i just wanna stop every time i replay what happeded today my stomach startes to hurt plzz plz plzzz helppp meeeeeeee
