I really love someone alot, and they have tried to approach me many times but i was very passive, and kindda nuetral because deep inside me i know that we can't be together, for we are two different relegions ( I know that is silly) but parents won't accept him, did not talk to them about it, am afraid it will be shocking, I thought i could just forget him, because he does not deserve to go through all this pain, when he can find someone else who has no problems like mine. He is a very loving and hyper sensitive person, takes every word to heart and has a huuuge sense of empathy for every one, even the people they have not met. Now i guess the problem is, I have noticed that once my shift is over and I am back home, I miss them alot, that it is interfering with my work and school. I miss them alot

Things are obviously very different where you live. Talk to a wise person in your country and try to find a solution that is acceptable for you.
