about a couple of years back, i decided to stop picking my nose because i really think that it is disgusting. but since last june in 2007, i developed the habit of picking my nose when i'm asleep. i dont know why it happens and i dont like it. it is so embarassing. since the start of the year, the problem has gotten worse, and it occur almose every night.
i realize that when i dont think about it, i will sleep through the night just fine. but when i do think about this problem before i go and sleep(which happens every night since the start of this year), i will wake up in the middle of the and find myself picking my nose.
is there a cure for this? i believe this is linked to psychology. i've tried to search the web about this but there are not many answers. i'm 14, which means that this started when i was 13, do you think i'll gradually outgrow this?
