I've never had an orgasm

hi, my question is that I don't if I had an orgasm or not.Because I don't how is it.I'm twenty-five years old and all my friends had orgasm and I wish I knew how it feels.But it seems I don't know anything.I try masturbating,and I feel exited but then I get to sensitive ,I can't continue.Me and my previous partner try it but he told me if I don't where my climax is he can't do much.How do I find out'?I feel like i'm the only who hasn't experience the pleasure of making love not sex.
