I am a thirteen old year girl. my height is 170 cm and i weigh 85 kg . i want to reduce my weight.my friends are making fun of me by my size and body shape. i am the fattest in my class. i want to lose at least 10 kgs by september. please advice
You need to change your eating habits for the rest of your life. Eat vegetables, fish and lean meat. Do not eat junk food. Exercise one hour every day. Losing 10 kilos by September will give you an eating disorder. Take it slowly and sensible instead.
