I am 16 years old and my social worker at school said she thinks i have borderline personality disorder. i got on this site and it makes sence with all the symptoms that i have. What do you think? is there any meds i can take for this, or someone i should talk to about it? thanks

There is no special medicine against borderline personality disorder. The medicines, which will be recommended, depends on your symptoms. You might have to try different medicines, before you find the best solution. Ask a psychiatrist. Also try Cognitive psychotherapy.
