What kind of help is there for me to remember how much I should eat? Should I be keeping a food diary? Where can I find healthy eating plans?

Answer:
A simple way of remembering how much you eat is to fill in a food diary, also known as diet diary. Print the enclosed form , and fill it in every day. These sheets can be kept to remember how much you have eaten.
